Who runs it
The system I teach is the one I run my own businesses on.
I co-founded a company, grew it with a small core team and a lot of freelance collaborators, sold it, and then spent a year living on a sailboat. That’s not a flex, it’s the whole point: a business should be designed around your life, not the other way around. I know what it takes to step out of the daily grind, because I did it.
I’m not an agency selling a black box, and I’m not here to sell you the dream of passive millions. I teach the exact systems I use to run my own projects (My Inner Center, SamFounder, automation work for small businesses) so you walk away genuinely independent.
My bias is simplicity and the founder’s freedom. The 20% of setup that gives 80% of the leverage. A calmer business, less chronic stress, more life outside the screen. That’s what the system is for.

Do I need to be technical? +
No. If you can write a document and follow a checklist, you can do this. You won’t write code. You work with files and plain language, and I walk you through every step live.
I already use AI every day. Why would I need this? +
Most people use AI the way they did in 2023: a chat box you ask questions to. That was easy to pick up because it was right there. The agent and context paradigm, AI that knows your business and does multi-step work for you, is a genuinely different skill. You don’t absorb it on the go between two meetings. This is the deliberate time and method that gets you there.
How is this different from the other AI bootcamps? +
Two ways. First, I’m a founder who built and sold a company, so the bias is business leverage and simplicity, not knowledge-hoarding or the latest gadget. Second, this is built for business owners and key team members who want their company to run better, not for solo creators optimising personal productivity.
